You are able to update the payment method used for your payment plan securely on your account, if your old card has been expired, stolen, or you have opened a new account, etc.
When you login to your account, go to 'My Bookings', and click on the order. You will be presented with the payment plan schedule.
To update your card details to a new debit/credit card, simply click on the Update Card Details button, and submit your new card number, expiry date and CVC number as shown below.
Once you’ve updated your card details, the card is saved immediately and will be applied to the next scheduled payment.
If one of your scheduled payments had failed, and you’ve updated your card details, the payment will be taken on the next attempt of the failed payment procedure.
